By reserving equipment with Cris Grass ("we," "us," or "our"), you ("Renter") agree to these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your booking.
All rented equipment is battery-powered and intended for residential lawn care only. Commercial use, subletting, or lending equipment to others is strictly prohibited. Equipment stays within the Cypress / Miramesa neighborhood.
The Renter is responsible for the equipment from pickup until it is returned — protecting it from theft, water damage, misuse, and loss. All accessories (batteries, charger, and reusable grass bag) must come back with it.
Before pickup, a short rental agreement (accepting these Terms) must be signed. You sign it in person when you arrive — your reservation isn’t complete until it’s signed and the deposit is collected.
A $50 refundable deposit is collected at pickup and returned when the equipment comes back clean and undamaged. Rental rates and the deposit are described in our Refund & Deposit Policy. By booking, you accept those terms.
4-hour rentals are morning only — pickup between 8 AM and 12 PM, return by 4 PM the same day.
A big reusable grass bag is free on your first rental. On later rentals, the bag is available to purchase and keep.
Cris Grass is not liable for any personal injury or property damage arising from the use of rented equipment. The Renter assumes all risk — please wear appropriate safety gear.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in Harris County, TX.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
